14 Oct Flirty with Zoey
Fashion styling is something that we are passionate about here on Ink. Zoey Phoon is a fashion-forward blogger and YouTuber from Malaysia. On the side, Zoey is also an editorial model and dancer. Wearing many hats, Zoey is able to draw inspiration for styling. Gaining inspiration from her surroundings, Zoey’s personal style is an eclectic mix of girly, boyish and sexy, which only goes to show that she is versatile and can pull off basically anything. Recently, we got Zoey to style some of her FABSPY favourites. Take a look!

How did you get into blogging?
I started blogging when I was around 11 about personal prepubescent problems haha back then it seemed like my problems meant so much and that writing was the only way out. As time flew by, I started writing more and more about the things I was interested in. Soon enough, I had gathered quite a number of loyal followers who actually enjoyed reading what I wrote and the experiences I’ve had.
What do you love about fashion?
The fact that no two individuals will ever be alike hence, no two individuals will ever express their styles alike. It inspires me because I feel like style is a form of creativity and also, a way of expressing yourself. There’s no wrong and right to it. It’s all up to your free will to create something new.
Name your top three brands.
Moschino because it has the quirkiest designs.
Vintage Chanel because it is so classic and it portrays a strong independent woman through their designs.
Ellie Saab & Rami Kadi for their phenomenal gowns.
Name two designers that you would love to style you.
Coco Chanel if she was still around and Alessandro Michele from Gucci.
Which fashion capital best describes your style?
London. A mixture of street & class. Nothing over the top but never underdressed.
